Amazing!! I've followed a number of your videos to good effect, especially for trigger finger, but these three brought an almost instant loosening and mobility to end-of-day stiff fingers. Thank you!

Mam how to hold a pencil,I had stroke on oct 2023, now when I hold a pencil...f index finger and thumb fail to hold and pencil twist and fall off
