In fact, we spend most of our time in front of the computer and the desk, so we feel a lot of pressure on the trapezius, neck, and shoulder area. Moreover, when it was even more severe we've noticed that the trapezius area rises absurdly and the chin and face protrude. (As many of you know, this is called forward head posture) So these day, we've been stretching our trapezius, neck, and shoulder area whenever we have time. Thank to that, even when we spend long time using the computer or sitting in front of the desk, the trapezius, neck, and shoulder muscle don't cramp up as much as they did before. Today we'd like to introduce some BEST 3 Trapezius Stretching that we've tried ourselves and thought were effective for perfect shoulder line. The explanation and stretching order for today's stretching are:
1. neck pull [upper trapezius]
2. push back pull [trapezius&shoulder]
3.neck shoulder relief [trapezius&shoulder]
