I first came up with the idea of making the lower body stretching video a few months ago. I always wanted to make the best stretching video, which everyone can easily try and get the best stretching effect. But the preparation took much longer than I expected. A few days ago, I finally shoot the video, and I'm uploading it today! The preparation took longer because I really wanted to make the perfect video. I also wanted to cover the most important muscles on the leg, including the front thigh, hamstring, calf, hip, and pelvis. I went through many revises to make it better to reduce the swelling on legs. After many times of rehearsals, I finally could finish the video, today! I'm really glad that I can share this stretching video with everyone! Then, enjoy this video, and have fun stretching!
