With one dose, I got about 1.7 kg of lutenitsa:
1.5 kg red peppers
1 kg tomatoes
500 g eggplant
500 g carrots
2 onions
1/2 head of garlic
1-2 hot peppers /optional/
150 g of oil
100 g of sugar
50 ml. vinegar
50 ml. white wine /optional/
1 tbsp. salt at first and then after grinding taste and add more as needed
black pepper, cumin to taste
It is baked at 200-220 degrees for about 3 hours, after which the foil is removed and baked until only fat remains, but without burning! Puree, fill in clean jars and boil for 10 minutes after boiling the water.
