I want to say thanks because I did a 2 hour walk last night 🌃 for the first time in about 2 years and it was tips from your shorts that helped me with random cramps, etc... Another good stretch is placing your palms flat on the floor: you feel that in your back, hamstrings, arms, neck! I work out five days out of seven..stretching is important!

I'm ogling the women a little bit. I need to start routines like this and some cardio soon. I suffer from every now and then inguinal hernia discomfort , left knee weakness , a completely torn right promixal tendon (malformed biceps) , recurring headaches (head trauma) , and depression weight gain . I lost strength in both arms (right arm: bicep rehab neglect / left arm: circulation damage due to under the influence police handcuffing). Thanks for reminding me about the exhilaration that I miss.
