NOTES
1. I suggest you buy the mutton with some fat. Don’t go with the lean mutton.
2. When you make the stuffing, add half of the chopped onion at the beginning and add the rest at the very end.
3. If you don’t like more spiciness, reduce the number of green chilies and/or the amount of curry powder.
