1:30 says if coil base, make sure it's zoned. So I'm confused why the helix midnight is best overall, when it has a non-zoned coil base. The not recommended more expensive luxe version is zoned.

Are the firmness ratings based on the foam layer density and number of layers? Do most brands use the same spring firmness and gauge on all connected coil models? Do they use softer springs on less firm models? How can I check this since 99% of mattresses are online only? I need something that has springs that are not too firm but supportive enough to relieve numbness on my arms and shoulders.

Super side sleeper here. To keep from sleeping on my hand, I sleep with two pillows. I sleep with the better pillow recommended by my chiropractor while hugging a cheaper second pillow, especially as I have TMJ. Thanks for the information as I look to replace my current memory foam mattress.

We are in our mid to upper 70's and the bed we had was getting really painful. We really don't want to buy a bed we can't try out first. Of the three brands only the Helix had a local store (an independent) that carried it. We got the Helix Midnight Luxe and it has consistently given us great sleep without pain. Thanks for your reviews!

Thank you very much for your videos. I am 25 and a year ago one day, an incident happened that made me anxious and for the first time in my life I could not closed my eye until the morning. It happened also the next night and on the third day I managed to sleep. Since then every time I have something important to do the next morning, I get anxious that I won't be able to sleep and have no energy the next day. And almost always because I'm thinking about it, I don't sleep or it takes me too long. The mind goes into thought overthinking and I can't stop it. What do you suggest?
