Do you have any footage of the ridge runner 2.0 on the tree?

You can see it in a number of our hunting videos. Like this one: kzitem.info/news/bejne/sG2bv36Cr4NqpIo Another platform worth checking out which I think I’ll be running this season is the new XOP INVADER. I haven’t done a review yet, but it’s pretty sweet! -Mark

The hook on the strap goes the other way facing away from the tree.

I don’t think it matters… and this way the buckle prevents the hook from coming undone before it’s fully tightened. I tried both ways, liked this way better. Thanks for watching!

Nice video man. You Americans do this tree climbing very well when you hunt. We usually hunt here on the ground or in a hide.

Most of the time, if you sit on the ground here in Florida you can only see about 5-10 meters, so we really need to get up in a tree. -Mark

You guys be sure to bring those platforms to the Fl Saddle Hunter meet up February 25th! I’m sure everyone would love you try them in person!

I see you been to many of the WMAs I Hunt. Nice Stand but I`m getting too old for that and I`m a little over 300 # but I enjoyed it.

Hello Mark, was wondering if you’re having any issues with the amount of flex. You can see the bottom support closest to the camera flexing a large amount. An example is right about 17:50. Thoughts on overall safety and durability? I see they are marked down to $100 and was thinking of getting one.

I haven’t taken it out to hunt off of yet, but I will be using it. I am not worried about the flex. Keep in mind, the kind of plastic that it is made from is very durable but also does flex it have to flex ALOT before it finally breaks. Pair that with the fact that your life support is the tether and not the platform, u am comfortable with it. Even if it breaks under my fat ass, I will be fine… I also know that we in order to get the eight rating of 300lbs it had to withstand much higher weights during testing so again, I’m not worried about it. I hope that helps you make a decision. Thanks for watching, don’t forget to subscribe! -Mark

I can get around the tree no problem with just the platform but it would pair well with a couple steps. -Mark

@@SwampNStomp the hook on the camover strap goes out, not towards the tree. I have been using rig of steps for years with a camover buckle.
