I just finished this workout after doing “walking + strength” for an awesome 1 hr workout! These two were absolutely perfect for me today. Thank you Lauren. I’m on day 163, doing your classes 5 days a week, and you have helped me more than you could ever know….I can really enjoy physical activity again, especially keeping up with my almost 4yr old grandson! I was a mess when I started 8 mos ago. Today I’m doing better than I have in years! God bless you! ❤

Lauren thank you for a shoulder and knee friendly workout. My shoulder surgeon - luckily I haven’t needed surgery yet- told me that the majority of people have had rotator cuff tears by the time they reach 50. If you ever have time to do another shoulder friendly video that would be awesome.

Thank you for posting this. We really like standing strength classes over 30 minutes. The standing part is due to our dog who only allows you to stand and exercise before he gets involved. Longer classes are better as we are going for 60 minutes per day. Thank you for the great inspiration! Looking forward to this class.

Another great workout, Lauren. Since I can no longer do bent knee quad stretches, thank you for the option to take a step back and tilt the pelvis for a quad stretch. That worked well for me. You really understand your audience. Thank you!

Make sure you tighten or engage your core so you don't feel the moves in your lower back. That should really help. You also don't need to lean very far forward, it's fine to keep the movement smaller :)

Great work out, thank you Lauren. Personally I like more squats, and leg work with upper body.

Glad you enjoyed it Glenda. So many of my other workouts include squats and compound moves. This video just keeps it more simple :)
