With gyms closed here in California I’ve been putting all my effort into rings and calisthenics. Thanks for all this GOOD SHIT you put out. I’ve been flying thru progressions since my muscles are well developed, all there is to do is perfect on technique and increase range of motion. THANK YOU 💪

Thank you for doing it, you've always been a huge inspiration and it was nice hanging out, I can't really afford anything despite the incredible discount you gave so sorry 'bout that, but I'll still make it work somehow, I' ll still achieve what I want because I definitely have all the resources I need availible to me right now (you know, internet) Thanks for everything dominik

There's so much contradictory advice over ab contraction during pull ups. Fitness FAQs tells to do pull ups with contracted abs(posterior pelvic tilt). What do you think of that? Personally, i prefer your technique, definitely feel it more in my mid back but my range of motion is a bit less.

I very rarely comment on You Tube but I finally felt obliged to express my utmost thanks to 'The Sky-Meister' (as I call him). After first seeing his amazing '2016 Showreel', 3 years ago when I was 58, I knew I was unlikely to be ever able to do ANY of those incredible stunts. What it did do, however, was to inspire me to begin using gymanstic rings for the first time in my life and I can honestly say that I have never enjoyed training - and the visible results - as much as I do now. (Of course, I wish I had discovered all this knowledge when I was 16 but for anyone who is middle-aged, or older, please do not listen to anyone who tells you that you are too old to start using rings!). I sincerely hope that Dominik continues to go from 'strength to strength'...in all respects!.

On rows? Extend your legs, elevate them, and / or put a weight plate on your hips

You can add reps, too. Sets from 5-35+ reps stimulate hypertrophy equally well, provided sets are taken to a close proximity to failure.

You need to do more shoulder exercises, you got a decent physique but all I can see is how small your traps / delts is on your frame
@Loremipsum6665

Not that small....he is not a competitive bodybuilder, he is a calisthenic athlete so he doesn't need to look like a 400 lbs of blob. And he has a great lean muscular athletic physique. So it is very dumb to call him 'small'

You need to identify your weak areas when performing the pull-up exercise. Many times it’s grip strength ... in this case you might perform your usual set but after doing your final rep you perform a dead hang, instead of dropping to the ground immediately. ..... or you might just introduce the dead hang (passive and active) into your usual workout. Personally ...I increased my pull-ups by just doing more of them through the day and varying the positioning of my hands on the bar from wide to narrow grip and varying the speed of the pull-ups from fast (explosive) to slow.
