Preparation for Superleague Triathlon Rotterdam we managed to get our Hands on a new curved treadmill :-) BIKE RUN , RUN BIKE x 2
5mins hard on treadmill followed by 3mins max on the curved treadmill .
This session was very tough , especially as it was around 30 degrees C outside and indoors was also very warm !
