However, that admission was made during the course of a civil trial, where you can be compelled by the court to testify. in a criminal case, you cannot be forced to testify. First time, Coz put his hand on her leg which made her uncomfortable. 2nd time he made a grab for her pants buttons, again uncomfortable. 3red time she complained of a headache and took a pill from him along with wine. These are her own admissions from the deposition. And we STILL dont know why she was sneaking over to his house like that. @The505Guys It's not nearly enough the defense had alot of opportunities to negate the juror pool far more than they normally would. The case had a huge national profile and reverberated around the country. To find someone who had absolutely no prior knowledge would have taken finding someone on a deserted island. Also just attending a BLM protest in another state (not Minneapolis) which was the question he was asked, doesn't do enough. And with the jurors sequestered there's no evidence they heard anything to do with Maxine Waters. They have to prove alot it's a big hill to climb. Cosby's was really cut and dry. It's not a technicality. It was a severe abuse of power.

What if some of them didnt know the effects or were actually date raped, can a woman consent if she is comatose? "She didnt say no......."
