Hey, newer fan here. You're really good at this. Sometimes good channels take a while for people to find them. Keep doing you, and people will come and binge through your videos! (That's me right now after Deadwood)

"What a day I missed" is one of my all time favorite line readings. "You were one of ours," "I'm proud of you", that guy gave me such creepy vibes and we see the boy who had the same brand as Vane. I call it Pedo Island. Vane's childhood must have been hell in that place. 😢 Randall wasn't a thief. I mean, he's a pirate so I guess he is a thief, but he wasn't trying to steal from his own crew. They were raiding another ship when Randall took a bad beating, got a head injury and "lost his wits", as Billy said in 101. I'm usually like your friend in that I love spoilers. Mainly from being burned before my badly written media that I feel I need some forewarning at times. 🤣🤣 But this show you can trust the writers. They're fantastic.

I'm like your best friend about spoilers, though maybe not for the same reasons. I have extremely bad anxiety plus i become way too attatched to characters. If i dont know the jist of whats going to go down in an episode, I won't be able to enjoy it. Character deaths, even with fair warning, tend to effect me way too deeply. This was especially true watching The Walking Dead. People dont usually understand and they assume my experience is somehow diminished by reading up beforehand, but actually it makes it a lot less stressful and i dont lose anything on the emotional end. I can watch the same sad or stressful scene a dozen times, but on the 13th watch I'll still bawl my eyes out. Its a blessing as well as a curse.

Always had a mixed sense of pride and dread that the Woodcutter was played by a local talent (South African) who kept his accent for the role. It does lend a certain heft to the ominous feel of the character and does work but, I do wish that Hollywood would stop using my own accent as a "go-to" for villains 😅 As you are aware; Black Sails is a prequel for Treasure Island so keeping that in the back of your brain will give you a good idea of who potentially makes it (more or less) intact to the end of the series. That being said, they do slather the fictional with historical figures as well as you can see with Charles Vane, Anne Bonnie, Jack Rackam, and Hornigold,
