My stomach is in a knot for you! Thank you all for getting into this sport, I gratefully appreciated the drive down after a grueling hike up Blanca.

Wow... the scenery is something i've never seen before. And this is some incredible off-roading, excellent job. I want an XJ so bad, i'm going to try to get one by spring. I would love to live in a place like this where there are trails that are so insane! Great video, so much to say about it but not enough room!

Every morning when I get up, if there is enough light, I look out and see Blanca Peak and the rest of the range while I make my coffee. All I can think about is all those lakes up there to fish and so little time to do it.

We try to lake it to the lake annually too. But I do it on the back of a polaris 500cc. This is the best video of the road by far.

I’m going to be spending about 6 weeks this summer in Colorado. (Our kids live there). Great Sand Dunes was going to be one stop as well as the Blanca Peak Trail. Good short video covered what someone needs to know about the trail. I couldn’t help noticing the first Jeep on Jaws1 obstacle, interesting curvature to the front driveshaft, unless it was the angle of the photography, which I doubt.

Not too many worries here. I tried it last year with the Creeper Jeepers. I broke a rear axle on Jaws 3 and had to be shuttled up to camp. I drove down broken. Every year, the club goes up and does trail maintenance to help keep us in the good with the FS.

great video...liked the teamwork the spotters showed to the drivers! good on you! too many post videos of idiots laughing at someone wreching their truck. hope the trail stays open for you. here in alberta we have lost a lot of 4x4 and atv trails due to the misuse of some and the vast numbers of ppl crowding the trails. a lot of sensitive areas now off limits to any motorized vehicles. any fish bearing streams, rivers illegal to cross.

@MrINVADER727 Try TrailDamage website. I can't type it here, you know dot c... It has an extensive list of trails in CO, it gives difficulty ratings, walk throughs, named obstacles, etc. It also has Google Maps tracks, these trails are not roads on Google maps, so if you download the tracks, you can see how to take the trails on google maps, and if you have an Android smart phone, you can follow them along with GPS. I live in WA, and want to try some stuff in CO.

Cherokee and wrangler the yj and tj were made in the xj years so the yj and tj have same axles than the xj just different types like hp and lp they have same engines but the yj is leaf sprung front and rear and the tj is coil sprung front and rear. It's just a matter of money and prefer. The Cherokees good cause theirs abunch of them made which means you can get them for cheap also the wranglers are good. So they all three have pros and cons.
