I think you are explaining things very well and your video seems to be geared toward a beginner or intermediate woodworker...it is clear and concise.. I like the use of the arrows...it's a great video ...with regard to the pocket hole comment below , those of course can be plugged and sawed off to make beautiful accents if a darker wood was used, similar to pegged jointery from the old days...but of course I'm sure you know that...thank you for your time and effort I don't think it would have been as helpful with less talking...Cheers

It seems to me that so many US woodworkers love pocketholes for joining wood. Personally I think it looks terrible. Just my opinion of course. Despite that, thanks for sharing.

I agree that pocket holes aren't super attractive. The project in this video was deployed in a high school shop class where 26 students are building the same project. I was leaning towards speed and efficiency. Most of the students then choose to line the inside with cedar to cover up the pocket holes.
