I do zero shoulder work, but I've had guys ask me how I get my shoulders so jacked. While sprinting, you're powering your shoulders hard with each foot strike. It's a tremendous shoulder workout.

That’s awesome man 😎 crazy how time flies. The topic deserves a more thorough video than this, but hopefully there was a useful tidbit or two in the meantime

Hey Cody, great video man. I've been working a lot on my block start lately because there a few issues with it that need fixing before indoor season but one thing I'm struggling with is that doing technical work with blocks takes time and for a 16 year old student with exams and what not time is an issue. You need to set up the video, do the run, analyse the video, etc. How would you recommend incorporating block work while allowing enough time for acceleration and top speed training?

I’d be curious to know what the relevance in times between Freelap and Jawku when you use it. Seems like they are within .05-.08 in my experience with Freelap usually faster.

Hey Cody I love all your videos I’m a 200/400m sprinter I was wondering if you can make a video on how to diet as a sprinter? I struggle alot with what or what I shouldn’t eat as a sprinter

I feel like I have pretty good extension and power off the front foot. However, my back lower leg swings too far forward and I almost land flat footed. Any good ideas on how to fix that? Thanks,

Great video, thank you! Especially your thoughts at the end really reminded me of the privilege I am having to train and not to forget to enjoy it. Thanks man, I really appreciate that!

Are the new Maxfly spikes worth the money in your opinion? Did you reduce your times?

Yes they really are. Personal experience. It feels like you're running wind assisted. You do have to get used to it though.
