As an accredited sports education specialist with the US Centre for Coaching Excellence and trained with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Jessica is a passionate sports and fitness educator, founder of the BBS Training Method. Our approach with BODY BEFORE SKILL™ Training Method is a holistic approach to sports and fitness, with an emphasis on keeping workouts FUNctional!
