3 Sets: 10 Wall Slide Suicide Squat
3 Sets: 15 Split Squats (Each Side) + 20 Seconds Bulgarian Split Squat Pulsators (Each Side)
4 Sets: 12 Jump Squats + 20 Second Hamstring Holds
3 Sets: 8 Counter Adductions + 30 Second Glute Hold
3 Sets: 1 Minute Pistol Squat Pulsators
