Or, not older the better, rather it turns to vinegar :) Not a huge Jovi fan to be honest, but as a teenager in the 80's, I was crazy about them, and it was Richie Sambora who made me want to learn guitar (which I still play, just a little as a hobby, and still not very well), and Bon Jovi the band that introduced me to the incredible (at the time) world of rock n roll. After a few years I kind of grew out of them, but I still love a good Jovi classic like this one. And regardless of how much or little of a fan of theirs that I have ever been, they are easily in the top five (maybe even top three) live bands I have ever seen. Beaten only by maybe Aerosmith, the Black Crowes, and perhaps AC/DC, and I'm even less of a big fan of AC/DC than I am of Jovi, but boy they were fucking incredible live when I saw them back in 1991 at the Donington Monsters of Rock festical here in the UK.

Great lyrics, can't stop listening. Too bad I was only born in '02, and at school, I'm made fun of because I only like rock bands, and everyone likes pop, but THESE bands were (and still are) true to their era. The way he grins at the camera at 1:10, the kinda sheepish smile and shrug at 2:45, another grin at 4:04, the lyrics at 4:56 - 5:09, the long note from 5:10 - 5:18...his energy and his smile are just infectious. Add that to the fact that this is my favourite Bon Jovi song of all time and its no wonder that I got chills down my spine. La performance de Ritchie Sambora en esta versión es impecable, llena todos los espacios, este tipo era admirable. Richie Rambora's guitar performance in this version is awesome, he fills all with his 80's guitar licks (bendings, pull-off, wammy bar, harmonics, pick sliding...), this guy was incredible.
