My husband and I just saw a new doctor - someone that wasn't pushing a vaccine or high-end drug for things. Anyway, they told us about bone broth, so here I am! Thank you so much for your video - it helped to answer a handful of questions. God bless.

Recovering from cancer I've made many changes. Getting back to using my juicer daily. No more noon stick skillets. Eating apricot kernels and picking up bone broth at the Piggly Wiggly. Why the store? PRICE. I've lost seven months of work and have had to start a GoFundMe me page hoping to keep from being homeless. I've been looking all over the internet for quality healing bones broth and I keep coming back to Kettle and Fire. It's clear in going to have to get some once I have the funds. I looked at buying the best to make it myself and WOW! THEM BONES ARE EXPENSIVE$

Hi Gary! Thanks for watching and your comments. Glad to hear you're recovering. If you don't want to purchase the bone broth, you can make them at home. I did a video on how to make homemade bone broth. Did you see that video? Blessings.

Great content. Quick question you mentioned it's two servings in a 16oz box . On the box it says four so my question to you is did you use more to heal your gut ? How many servings in a day do you recommend?

You need at least 8ozs of good bone broth with at least 15% protein & hydrologized collagen in it.

I absolutely agree that buying organic pasture raised chicken for broth makes a HUGE difference. I’ve been making my grandmas homemade chicken soup for over 20 years, literally hundreds of batches. For many years I always bought the cheapest chicken on sale for the longest time. The soup has always been good, but a couple years ago I was introduced to Mary’s free range organic chicken at a food truck. I couldn’t believe how much more it tasted like chicken. So I finally broke down and bought a fresh whole Mary’s chicken. It cost like 4 times more than my cheap chicken but omg. I couldn’t believe how much better the soup tasted. I basically make a bone broth with the whole chicken and I’m so glad I made the switch. It still only costs me about $15 to make a big batch of soup so it’s still very inexpensive and so yummy. Thank you for the video. Sometimes I don’t feel like making soup and been wanting to find good broth.

Does it meet the requirements for protein and collagen to promote healing? I’m afraid of the store bought being “watered down”.

What’s the best low sodium one to buy?
@Rhoades24eva
3 жыл бұрын
Hi Mary! Thanks for your question. Of the Kettle & Fire brand, the mushroom chicken has the lowest sodium content. If you decide to try another brand, Pacific foods has a low sodium option.
