A buddy of mine did this. Figured in retirement it was cheaper than buying a holiday house. He uses it a lot. He is living the dream, tripping around the place with his wife fishing 🇺🇸 🇳🇿

You've already got memories started with that blazer and your daughter. Turn it into a passion project between you and her that y'all can work on off and on. Set aside 1 or 2 days out of every month that's just a day for you and her to tinker on it and build a badass toy.

When I'm faced with a similar dilemma, I do a "pro/con" list. Bottom line, if I think I'll actually use something enough to justify the effort/cost, I'll do it. If not, I don't. Something else I think about as I've gotten older (66 yrs), the more stuff you have, the more cost and maintenance is required. I'm sure you'll make the right decision for you! Great video as usual.

Outfitting a rig for adventure is fun. Time consuming and you can spend a bunch of $ on it, but fun. After many years I finally got a cap for my truck. After sleeping in it for a week I watched a bunch of videos and set mine up with a sleeping platform, pullout drawer, cubby storage, awning... Worked well for camping 1-3 weeks I did each year and the drawers made stored gear/tools easy to get to. The rest of the time I was fighting it whenever I wanted to haul something and was less than dandy if'n you filled a tag and what you planned to take home won't fit in an ice chest... This year I went back to plastic totes + boat hook pole (makes pulling out the totes almost as easy as the drawers) and so far I'm liking it better. Next fall I may miss the sleeping platform. I did see a cot setup that I think I could modify to work in my 6' bed. Those full sized Barlows are great.

Sweet looking trailblazer. Me personally, i would finish putting on all of the accessories that have and see how it looks. That way you will know if you want to keep or not. It could add to the resale value if all the stuff is done to it too. Sweet little power washer bud. Sweet looking knife too. You have a wonderful day today and a wonderful weekend brother. If your talking about boondocking with your family... sell it and get something larger, your need it. Wife and I went mostly boondocking from Ga to up thur Iowa west to Wy, down to Co. over to Ut down thur Vegas which we changed our minds and just drove thur it and back the southern route. Other words your need more space 😅 something alittle more comfortable and room. But that size is good for a hunting vehicle for yourself with accessories, tarp, tent etc. Let us know ? Good luck 👍

@@Hunting4Hookers a van would be more room for two or three if your daughter went plus gear and good size to hunt out of for those out of state trips if you still do them plus you have a 4x4 for bad weather or closer trips. Its tough to decide 🤔 but good luck deciding. 🙏

Curious how the truck turns out. Hey can you do me a favor if you see a bullet shield USA Remington knife pretty cheap let me know I want to get one for my dad. He can't use it of course being paralyzed after the stroke but he still loves his knives and wants one. I know you find deals a lot. Ok enough about that 😂 man I wish I could entertain like you do. You are definitely made for this. I say let it go if you don't think you will be using it much. That's money you could put towards something else. Ok I have rambled enough I reckon mmm hmm.
