Flex/point and circle feeet a lot slowly, keep mentioning and giving a lot of attention to the feeet and arches. Keep moving Legs and feeet up and down, wiggle spread toes, soles, close up, lots of arched feeet. Different poses and exerciss on ball of feeet. Feeet together arched feeet going up and down.
