About Rhonda Bowen
Global Strategic Communication Guide at Bells
Combine insight, flexibility, and tolerance, and you have Rhonda Bowen. In her role as a communication guide, Rhonda takes on challenging responsibilities, such as resolving miscommunication issues in global matrix organizations and cooperating with her clients to find the right words so they can be more efficient, effective; and successful.
Her life experience as an American who has lived in Germany since 1983 allows her to find various perspectives for any situation and support those who need to not only think out of the box, but also face challenges in their professional and personal lives. Her programs and services include online and offline facilitation, individual and team coaching, programs for professional services providers and negotiation seminars. She supports others through her interactive sessions called Success Swarms, building on the idea of swarm intelligence in nature. These are based on the principle of wispiration in action, a combination of wisdom and inspiration shared in the group to provide options for finding practical ways to apply what has been learned.
Her approach to communication across cultures is largely inspired by her clients from more than 70 countries. Her experiences with them on their journeys have shaped her life, her business, and her vision for the world. In addition to more than 30 years in her own business, Rhonda is also active in many global organizations to improve people’s lives, including World Speech Day and Soroptimist International. She also serves as a lay speaker for her church, not only in her own congregation, but many neighboring ones as well. She loves to travel and play the piano.
