This is a fun activity to introduce the bakery world to your children.
You'll need top quality ingredients and kneading by hand to have an AMAZING result!

Recipe for one 500 grams sandwich bread:
T45 Flour: 300 gr
Salt: 6 gr
Dry yeast: 5 gr/ Fresh (cake) yeast: 10 gr
Sugar: 15 gr
Butter: 15 gr
Water: 150 gr
Egg: 15 gr
Sunflower oil: 10 gr
Kneading: by hand or with a stand-mixer 4 min (low speed) + 6 min (med-high speed)
First proof: 30 min at 23°C
Shaping
Final proof: 1 h 30 to 2 hours at 25°C (in a turned off oven with a bowl of boiling water)
Baking: 20 min at 170°C + 10 min with the oven door open (dry out)
Cooling: 30 min on a cooling rack
