Where we can find the second video on “linear” pull?

I don't know what a linear pull is sorry, would you be able to describe it to me then I can look into it, thank you. It may just be phrased differently in England.

I do like watching these videos, it seems abit different how swimming teachers and coaches teach us. We are taught in the lessons same sort of action, but our hands are completely together ie fingers and palms, when we push out underneath the water. I dont think this will cause any major problems? Thanks for these vid's!

Sorry for the late reply... I'm glad to hear that! Hopefully a good different, haha. But yeah I do try and think outside the box with words that can stick and ways to explain different motions. No, it won't cause any major problems at all, but it will be near impossible to get your elbows tucked in to assist with the lift of the body to breathe. Thank you for your comment! :D

Thanks for ur reply, i will try this when i go to the pool next week, in the video the arms do seem more relaxed. I dont no why they teach different, but i would rather do an easy way than a hard way! ie it annoys me when they ask us to sink, push and glide then tell us to kick under the water instead of doing dolphin kicks which is far better faster and saves more energy lol

yeah give it a go and see how you find it. Yeah, swimming should become effortless at a certain point. I'm surprised that they don't teach you to do dolphin kick under water as it is the fastest and most efficient kick you can do under water. That is a strange one haha
