Hi there, u probably remember me, i always reply to ur videos. I agree the Butterfly is the hardest swim stroke, ive been learning this one for a while and stil cant get my arms above the water. Plus i can only do half the body dolphin kick properly, cant seem to coordinate the whole body movment ie, the wave movement. Will you be doing anything with the dolphin kick but on ur back? With this one i seem to get waves going over my face and it puts me off, i no something is going wrong lol I was wondering if ur a swim teacher/coach? Your very good at what u do and teach. Im so glad ur continuing with these videos. Thanks again for an amazing video! And liked ur video btw : )

Hey! Nice to hear from you again! I am going to make a video on the timing of the butterfly in a few weeks so this will help with the undulating movement, dolphin kick on your back shouldn't incorporate your whole body as this drill is used to strengthen your core and legs by keeping your core tight, it's like doing resisted leg raises. this, in turn, should keep your head out of the water. But now that the basics of strokes are covered I am going to delve into drills. Yeah, I am both a swimming teacher and coach. I'm glad to be doing the video's again too, I became demotivated late last year, so have had to rekindle this. Thank you for all your support! Lee
