5 dried Shiitake mushrooms rehydrated and thinly sliced
1 oz wood ear mushrooms rehydrated and sliced
1 small carrot shredded
1 lb [397g] firm tofu
3 tablespoons bamboo shoot strips
3 tablespoons chopped water chestnuts
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
cornstarch
Seasoning
½ teaspoon salt plus more to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon mushrooms seasoning
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
Sauce
3 slices ginger
2 stalks onion chopped
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon mushroom seasoning optional
¾ cup water
