Today I'll show you how to braid the brioche in a simple and very spectacular way, all you need is a rolling pin and a little oil and you're done, without stress!
You'll see you'll have fun with your little ones too!
It's already delicious left plain without filling, but if you want to make it even more delicious, do like me and fill it with Nutella or jam or cream!
⚠️ Tip: if you don't have a long enough rolling pin, you can divide the dough into 2 and make 2, maybe in 2 different flavours! Also because it is really very big!
🌡️ Bake at 175° static 170° ventilated for 30-35 minutes (but always test the cooking with a stick)
📝 Ingredients:
500 g 0 flour (or half Manitoba half zero)
200 g milk (warm) even lactose-free or vegetable)
2 Whole Eggs + 1 yolk
15 g fresh brewer's yeast (or 5 g dry)
90 g Sugar
120 g soft butter
1 orange or lemon to grate
Oil to brush before braiding
Leftover egg white for brushing before baking
Sugar and granulated sugar
