I love making Brioches at home, in my opinion there is nothing better than the scent that radiates throughout the house and beyond ... even in the neighborhood! 😅
I love making them and eating them, their not too sweet taste and their soft consistency lend themselves to being stuffed in a thousand ways and in a thousand shapes, we can have fun experimenting and playing with shapes! Today I wanted to make the dough for BRIOCHE ALLA PANNA already made in the past, WITHOUT BUTTER and WITHOUT OIL, the cream (already fat) is enough, the shape is that of the ball of Brioche but in a double and long version, beautiful to look at and VERY SOFT!
Stuff it to your taste with jam or Nutella or Cream or as I did with RICOTTA and MARMELLATA excellent match!
The cream makes it VERY SOFT as you will see in the video, it melts in your mouth, try it then you will be able to tell me!
