Broderick said he is autistic or something plus sleeps 2 hours a day and drinks 10 coffees a day or something everyday so I am not surprised he is on the edge and goes on monologues and shouts all the time. I dont mind this myself honestly but he is a bit too crass and vulgar for my liking but his expertise IS WORTH IT if you gonna take gear.

I agree with Broderick about start gear early in life. I’m the opposite - I had / have low testosterone since 12 years old. Using PEDs now in my late 40’s has been an improvement but I wish I had them as a child on.

This podcast was awesome and hella funny. It’s crazy how much people wanna believe drugs are bad. Drugs are amazing. Humans are chemical based and drugs will always play a huge role in our biology

@@sikastrength will check it out, was told a few times that they get on TRT, basically stay awake as long as possible then team doctor measures test and it's low as fook, so they can get a legit prescription with the blood test to back it up.

Yes, drugs are present at the elite levels of all sports, but the argument he presents at 29 minutes or so about weightlifting records not falling off at all at the inception of drug tests as 100% proof of drug use isn't a very good one. Records themselves can be a single edge case/outlier rather than an indicator of overall performance at the elite level, but even granting them as a valid indicator, I can think of plenty of examples where that logic could be used to argue the opposite. Records as well as performance have not improved such as in, say the long jump, which hasn't had its record broken in three decades. By his logic, that's "proof" that long jumpers are taking less drugs now than before. The reality though is obviously not that and is that less people give a shit to do the long jump than they used to. Therefore the reverse could be argued - more and more people globally are involved in sport, thus improving the chances of extreme outliers and/or outlier performances, not necessarily attributable to drugs. Also, you can look at plenty of things outside sports that have improved massively over the years worldwide. Average IQ for example has gone up dramatically over the past century globally. Have people been taking IQ drugs? Did our brains evolve? Of course not, educational infrastructure and opportunities have improved in various areas of the world among groups and regions that didn't have access to them before.

Bit late on this one. But I'm in a sport at a relatively elite level where access to steroids is very rare outside of professional athletes. Sourcing SARMs is simply easier. If I frequented a powerlifting gym for my S&C I'd have no issue with steroids. But making those connections would take me away from my normal training.

@@smolmaninthepeakdistrict5069 It wasn't my intent to offend. But you're dead wrong regarding online sourcing. Why would anyone bother with a convoluted distribution chain when the primary distributor can ship directly to the consumer? If you can figure out how to buy Bitcoin you can get your hands on stuff.
