3 bean salad reminds me of my mom. She always omitted the wax beans, so I guess hers was 2 bean salad 🤷🏻♀️. It really is so much tastier than you expect it to be.

I have a Cornflake Chicken recipe too! Mix butter milk, lime juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Dip boneless skinless chicken breast in to the liquid and then coat with cornflake crumbs. Drizzle with oil, or I use my pan spray. I just dump and don’t remember the exact amounts. It is based on a really old WW recipe!

I’m making the gochujang chicken tonight for us with egg rolls and sushi I just picked up. I am so excited, it looks amazing and I have a huge tub of gochujang to use up, ramen to use up and chicken thighs I needed to use before they got freezer burn

@@MealsWithMaria it was good but I think I might have burned the spices or it was just too much spice on the chicken. I’m going to make it again because we really enjoyed the flavor but I’m going to scale the spices on the chicken down for our tastes. We just felt like the spices overpowered the flavor of the chicken. The sauce was amazing we loved that, I added a little extra gochujang for some extra heat as we like it spicy (my son is almost 16 just a few more days and he gets his license eek!!! ) so we don’t have kid palettes to accommodate to and it was delicious!

I always have ginger on hand. I just grate what I need and then wrap the rest of the knob tightly in plastic and freeze it. The next time I use it I don't even thaw it out, I just grate it while frozen.

Tank you for this compilation! Regarding the debate about to rinse or not to rinse rice, for me it depends on where the rice is from. I don't rinse California rice, but do rinse any rice not grown in the US because arsenic has been found in them because of the condition of the soil where grown.

Your recipes look easy , budget friendly and absolutely delicious. Fish stick tacos? Awesome! I look forward trying marinated grilled chicken breast, using my Ninja grille. Tonight I made a small pizza, grilled a pre-made crust about 2 min on each side , add turkey pepperoni, fixins' , grille for about 2 more minutes on Ninja indoor grille and just delicious! Thanks for your recipes!

When you batterand dip chicken you have one hand in wet and the other hand in the dry, it keeps your hands from getting caky. I like to get the leg quarters and skin and bone them, I can get them for 5.00 for ten pounds, I also like to just cut the leg apart from the thighs and flash freeze them them put them in a 2.5 gallon ziplock bag.
