I didn't elaborate on this in the video, but for such "subjects"/"projects" I personally schedule them in right after work (with a little break in between). Therefore, you may define the time you're done with work and then the time you're also done with said passion projects, to truly unwind after. Hope this helps :)!

Notes A) SLEEP Prompt 1: List out the hours you have free for your bedtime throughout the week Prompt 2: When would you like to wake up Prompt 3: What is your ideal ammount of sleep? Prompt 4: Calculate target bedtime (I recommend usign a sleep calculator which allows you to wake up at the lightest point at the end/begning of a sleep cycle) B) WORK LIFE BALANCE Prompt 5: Set a boundary between work and life, allowing yourself to know exaclt when the workday ends and the resting time begins Prompt 7: Create a ritual for this time in order to make it in a habit and place yourself and mind into relax mode (EX: Dump out all outstanding tasks onto Notion Prompt 8: Create a table with " My purpose in X is.." and "My purpose in life is", X can mean anything you feel acts as 'work' in your life. I chose school becuase I feel like that is my work. I think that you should always be working on something that you feel fufills your purpose in life but she stated how the two should be different ideally so you don't feel so tied to your work. I guess even if you have a dream career you feel is your purpose you still need to realize that outside of that you can just rest and be a free boring being..✨ C)UNWINDING: Now its time to understand what unwinds and organizing your routiine so that each step along the way leads more and more into relaxation. Prompt 9: List your current activitites & how your current bedtime is arranged (Include simple things as well such as social media, brushing your teeth) Prompt 10: Rate each activity for its ammount of relaxation Prompt 11: Creat an order than compounds your relaxation (This isn't always going to allign with the rating but arrrnage it too what feels best for the logisitcs of your life and personal routine D)QUIET TIME:Schedule a peaceful 30 mins to reconnet to the present and end your day on a calm note (also think that the first 30 mins of every day is jsut as essential) Prompt 12: List of options for mindful moments during this time (EX: Having a gratitude journal, brain dump journal, anyhthing you want it too be jounral JUST for this time so there is no pressure to do anything but just be in the moment and let it out Prompt 13;:Define what the first hour in the morning looks like for you? Great routine work with eachother. What are you setting yourself up for the next morning? Key concept - Alligning your habits and how you spend your time and focus towards a greater purpose aka your dream vision. This way you can defend against short-term disatisfaction because you know what you are doing and why you are doing it - You and your life are dynamic and so your routine should always be checked on to see if there are areas you can change or imporve in order to do what best serves you. Every one is going to need different things so take inspiration from different routine but always know that you must cater them to the logistics of your own life Hey ya'lll its lowkey late and I just wrote this out for some reason (actually I find it helps to actually remeber the stuff I learn on youtube) but I'll be sure to come back and actually try out this reflection method and clean up any issues with my notes (but honestly its okay if its a little messy cause its mostly just for me) -Much Love💞💞

I’ve been so focused on my morning routine that I realized how important a night routine is! Unfortunately I get home from work at 10 pm so I only have 2 hours that seem to go by quickly every night. I’m def going to implement some of your tips!

One thing I use to do when I had limited downtime was to compound things. For example I would brush my teeth & wash my face in the shower. Also I would journal or read while I ate dinner. ❤️

Then He Istawa (rose over) the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty). You (mankind) have none, besides Him, as a Wali (protector or helper etc.) OR AN INTERCESSOR. Will you not then remember (or be admonished)? S. 32:4 Lo! your Lord is Allah Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days, then He established Himself upon the Throne, directing all things. THERE IS NO INTERCESSOR (WITH HIM) save after His permission. That is Allah, your Lord, so worship Him. Oh, will ye not remind?
