In this video, I make the two amas (vee hulled outriggers). They took just over 24 hours to complete. The solid gusset blocks are as follows:
Back of ama 185mm long approx. Angle: 45mm x 10mm
Front of ama 210mm long approx. Angle: 50mm x 10mm
After assembly, the distance between the back of the back gusset and the front of the front gusset is 1,170mm
