Well, this is about it for the wings... for now. Ailerons are installed along with linkages, which includes priming push/pull tubes inside and out. We take a first look at a new primer, and I invent a fairly awkward way of priming the inside of a tube.
Flaps are installed with the help of LASERS! Bottom skins are prepped and clecoed into position with the flaps.
Off camera I fashion up the 6 access panels. Then the wings are pushed out of the way to make room for the fuselage.

I'm Ryan, an aviation enthusiast who has decided to build his own aircraft and publish the entire process online for others to watch along.
The airplane is a two-person experimental kit built aluminum plane capable of over 200 miles per hour, and a range of over 700 miles. The kit is manufactured by Van's Aircraft, one of the most prolific kit providers on the planet. The airplane is aerobatic, functional, and fun. The build is challenging, time consuming, fun and rewarding.
