Congratulations on all your happenings!!! This was very informative. Thank you. I'm a forced nomad of 6 months and looking at land for domicile. I'm a Former National Mortgage Banker. Construction loans are very challenging to get. My advice is to start looking into guidelines before even looking at a blueprint. It will make your journey so much easier. What may be acceptable to the city may not be to a lender. Best Regards! ~ 🦋

Thank you! I appreciate this! We are leaning towards a manufactured home after considering many, many options. They will also lend you the money for site work if you qualify.

Yes! We will definitely be. Collecting water I am up here now and it’s raining pretty good I wish I was already collecting water.

It's all part of the transition from 7 years of living in a van. It's pretty hard to wrap your head around actually living in a city. Plus it's actually cheaper to buy land and put something together to live in.
