You make a very wise and freeing statement about gift knits. I love your podcast. You should be very proud of your mitts.

Such great advice about gift knitting……let it go, lol I need to work on that 😊 Your dad’s hat looks perfect, we know he is knit worthy for sure. Yay no bleeding for your mom’s mitts! I think I NEED to make the book club cardigan in a very similar colour based on yours, I love it! I would highly recommend you buy a special cord to make your Musselburgh hat, so much faster and it’s a lot of knitting; and you will probably do more 😊 Have a great week.

Hi! Greetings from Norway 🇳🇴 I really enjoy watching your podcast and like the way you present your knitting projects from skein through to finished garments 👍😄 Just a thought: If you want to add buttonholes to your pretty cardigan without ripping back the button band, you can do this using a crochet hook. There are several videos on KZitem, i.e 'Tidy Afterthought buttonhole' by Agasalhos e Bugalhos 😊

I am glad that you showed my baker’s hat. I started it last night but I could not understand the brim part. I thought it looked like it was turned up, but I did not understand the knit one row and p1 k1 part.

@@susanbajdek6698 I’m so glad that was helpful for you! Luckily I had learned that technique in a sweater before, and I was a little confused then too.
