5 eggs.
1/2 cup sugar (120 g).
A pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
4/5 cup flour (130 g).
2 tablespoons corn starch (30 g).
Line a 20 cm baking tin with baking paper.
Put half of the dough into each mold.
If you have two identical pans, you can bake them at the same time.
Bake for 40 minutes at 170 °C.
1.5 cups cold cream (360 ml / 12 fl oz).
1.5 cups cream cheese (400 g).
3/4 cup boiled condensed milk (250 g).
1/2 cup roasted, chopped peanuts (90 g).
Store in the freezer for 1 hour.

1 sheet of puff pastry.
Shape of approximately 20 x 15 cm (8 x 6 inches).
Water.
1 teaspoon sugar.
Bake at 180 °C (355 °F) for 18-20 minutes.
400 ml cream 33% (13.5 fl oz).
100 g powdered sugar (3.5 oz).
Beat for 3-4 minutes until the consistency is reached.
250 g cream cheese (8.8 oz).
Add half of the shredded puff pastry.
400 g pineapple (14 oz).
60 ml water (2 fl oz).
15 g corn starch (0.5 oz).
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Immerse in very hot water and allow to cool.
100 g dried apricots (3.5 ounces)
