Thank you Alice . I hope other people see my comment, I promise it gets better I thought I will never make it but it’s been 2 and a half years and I’m 95 percent better. I play noise machines in all rooms. Plus I started living my life again . When I wake up now I barley hear it. It gets louder during day especially If I’m tired but I don’t care no more. I promise you all will get to this place. 🙏🙏🙏💕

@@Joe-rd3bg if it makes you feel better, I had tinnitus for over 20 years, and successfully habituated to the point where I didn't hear it even in a quiet room. I even attended a silent meditation retreat 8 months ago without noticing it even once. I've had a spike these past few weeks due to extreme stress. Same thing happened 4 years ago but it went back down. It's a chronic neurological symptom that acts as a barometer of stress.

This technique works great to slow your heart rate if it's speeding and helps reduce palpitations often associated with Anxiety. Thank you Alice ❤

I came across your video randomly, i have pulsatile tinnitus for about 2 months now, i havent heard silence since and in the back of my mind i always think about the noise i hear(my heartbeat) which makes me nervous and anxious, which makes it worse and i dont know what to do, my ear doctor gave me 3 types of pills, nothing helped, he suggested neck massages, nothing...i am so tired of this and im really miserable because it appeared so randomly and i dont know what to do anymmore.. your video kinda helped to calm it for a while. Thank you

Thank you for sharing and i am sorry to hear about your struggles. I can totally relate and i remember what it was like when i first heard tinnitus. It is an up and down journey and there is good days and bad days, for a while it was almost always bad days. Just remind yourself that it is possible to overcome tinnitus slowly over time and that there are many people out there living perfectly normal healthy lives! Just take one day at a time and you've got this. I wish you all the best!
