If I'm not mistaken, they were still available from the factory in that style in 1991, along with the 16" z28 alloy wheels that could be ordered with or without colored inserts for the RS as a factory option (mine was ordered with the z28 wheels minus color inserts) The wheels on that car were available on the base model sport coupe / RS from 1987 to 1992, and were 15 inch I believe. The 16 inch alloy wheels were first made available for the Camaro RS in 1991, but were not standard.

It’s hard to find a v8 in a 3rd gen I think they only made a 5.0 and a 5.7 in a v8 but do to the fuel prices in the 80s former muscle cars went to v6 so it would be more fuel efficient at the time.
