Nom Ko is a Cambodian traditional dessert. It's soft, sweet and full of roasted mung beans and coconut cream aroma. You can find this cake at fresh markets.
Ingredients:
3Tbsp Peeled Mung Bean
1. Nom Ko's batter
1 cup [140g] Rice Flour
2Tbsp Tapioca Starch or Corn starch
2 cup [500ml] Coconut Milk
3 cup [750ml] Water
1/2 cup + 1Tbsp [120g] Sugar
1/2tsp Salt
2. Coconut cream sauce for topping
1cup [250ml] Coconut Milk
1/4tsp Salt
1Tbsp Sugar
3 Pandan Leaves
Mix 1 1/2Tbsp Tapioca Starch with 3Tbsp water well
