Of course a 43 year old can do the monkey bars, I’ve watched enough Ninja Warrior in my time to see people my age make it look easy.
But if you haven’t done the monkey bars since you were a kid, trying to re-learn the skill is quite difficult… as I am finding out.
Over the last month I’ve been talking about how hanging from a bar can be beneficial for your shoulders, your posture and your back. I wanted to take this a step further, and re-learn how to do the monkey bars.
In this video, I share my progress to date. I still have a little way to go, but I’m super proud with how far I’ve come so far.
