Dogs get something similar to what humans call vertigo - it is called Vestibular Disease. Dr. Mary discusses the signs, causes, and what to do if your dog has it.
This was 3 months ago yours video was made. I do have a question about the "vertigo" idiopathic vestibular. If a fur baby is 15 yrs old 4 months, severe arthritis in front legs, weak gate, along with other age related declines (lost hearing, mild grade 3 heart murmur, doggie Dementia) they come down with this particular idiopathic vestibular, they can't walk at all, I mean total collapse when trying, iI'm talking every symptom you mentioned head tilt, rapid eyes, she would not eat or drink maybe a few bites from my hand and drank a bit off my finger, and this went on for 6 days no signs of improvement aside from the rapid eye movement. Would you agree with decision to help them "run into the rainbows"?
