This is accurate. I am Canadian and I approve this message. The kids who have come here from India recently can't afford a place to live. First we Indians became slave for 250+ years under British government and now coming to (Canada, UK,US , Aus and NZ) will be the same. They don’t want us to express our opinion or speech. You will be coming here living a slave life by paying high tax and in return you will be uncertain to get a PR and live a decent life that you already have in India so why to do the same thing again and again. Also crime rate is really high here , you can literally get k*lled due to high drug addicted people here on streets, house crises is on its peak , lastly medical is a big time joke in other words I can say people die here due to less numbers of doctors. @theviralsnail

Where to be honest the difficulty of studies in CA is much easier, and the degree CA issues has much more value. Realistically any high schooler in India can complete any Collège in CA with minimal to no study. The demands from the students in India is far more intellectually challenging, and when they get the degree from an Indian University is much less valued internationally. Many of Canada's universities are of world class. But most of the international students enroll in 'fly by night' , crappy strip mall colleges. There are good public colleges in Canada.Students in India talks about studying in Canadian Universities but most are in these ,for profit, strip mall colleges.And the diplomas and certificates issued by these colleges don't have the value of the paper it is printed on. They do not understand their own standard & education level. Just because they can get easy loan from the banks, they take it & go to these countries. Later to pay the rent , fee, interest & to buy branded stuff, they try to work more illegally. No government or universities offer guaranteed job or work any where in the world. If they are not smart/ competent enough, they can not find job anywhere in the world. So, these students without realising their potential & strengths , they go to these countries & blame them. It’s not so easy to start a business in Canada if you don’t get a job ! Most local businesses shut down during and after Covid . It’s easier in India and chance of success is way more….

I'm Canadian. I have no post-secondary education, but i worked hard, made an honest living, advanced and moved to better jobs. I have no desire to leave this country, my home. I am proud to be a Canadian. To those who are disappointed, who told you that you were owed anything? Do the work, or not... your choice. The planes fly in both directions, and no one is keeping you here.

Canada has already decided to tighten indian exodus in the form of students Last four years it was a free flow. Housing is expensive in Canada and Canadian can afford it. Indian students can not expect anything and everything in Canada for the price of peanut. Free flow of Indian students will alter Canadian community’s balance.

This is more of an embarrassment to India than to Canada. Either the Indian education system is broken or their education is not recognized, such that they would rather leave their country and take their chances in countries like Canada, US, UK etc.
@BichuBSB

Wrong. People leaving India for study or work opportunities abroad has never been an embarrassment since independence and Indian education is also good as some Indian-origin CEOs and wealthy ones abroad did initially study from India. Also, without recognition, Indian students cannot enter your country for education as they nesd to get the respective countries equivalence.

India has only one problem and that is high Population. Even if a few thousands or ten thousands leave per year, India still would not face any shortage in skills as there are many new graduates available but not enough jobs. Indians thus leave for better opportunities elsewhere. But they also bring in large amount of money from abroad to India. Indians remit a lot of money back to India from abroad
