Day 24 done 55yo 🥵 lady half way delirious but made it through ...that last move killed me!! I was like WHAAAT IS THAAAT!!?? I was able to do 3 ish ...betting if I tried on day 1 absolutely none lol so I'm glad because doing these has given me the strength and confidence to try! 💪 now for water and catching my breath...shower and work...happy Friday see you tomorrow! Can't believe day 25...wow 🎉 thanks Rachel ❤️

Round 2, Day 24 Done 🥴 the week before menstruation is like running up sand mountain during a storm 🥲 I was 60 % decent at best, BUT, I am happy I was able to move my body today.

Yay! I did it! Didn’t think I’d make today happen. Was not motivated and my morning started quicker than I wanted but made it happen!! Hoping to get tomorrow in but weekends are busy and hard.

Couple of questions - I have a bad lower back, so I have to be careful with exercises. It was bothering me a little when we were doing the squats in the beginning of the workout. Do you have any suggestions for correct alignment? Also, is it okay to do this workout barefoot? I wore sneakers for the workout. I’m loving all of your workouts! Thanks!

Hi Rachel! Loved this workout! I am curious if my form and/or flexibility need some work. Everytime I try to do a squat with my feet facing straight forward, my heels come up! Is there a way to fix this?

Day 24 down!! It’s been a journey, but very doable, love the routines. Seems easy at face value but once you get into them they can be challenging. I’m definitely not body building ready but can feel the difference from day 1.

Can I ask about the benefits of the Pilates 'V' position? I struggle to do squats with my feet like this because it feels harder on my knees. The glute work in the v position doesn't bother me. Overall, I got my sweat on! Great workout! I have very poor coordination so the mat work with alternating the arms with the feet got confusing... But I promise I'll get it one day!

So glad u liked it Rebecca! The v position works the inner thighs more than a regular squat.. it does require more knee flexion though so that makes sense u feel it more! Just go down to a comfortable range but I wouldn’t avoid all together bc it’s good to strengthen the knees in different positions! ☺️

It's not an issue it's just I believe you can see much more what's going on when she's front. So is that okay. For number one I can tell more about how she is doing it when she's facing forward forward.
