Awww ya calf is cute!! I have dairy goats (Nigerian Dwarfs)…I am waiting to purchase my farm to purchase my horses and micro mini highlands and wagyu beef and black angus cattle. Love the farm life!! So what does the wifey/girlfriend think of the “new you”? I hear you mention about trying to build the 15lbs muscle now that you lost the weight, so that being said after you being your previous size and doing carnivore did it leave you flabby or did it tighten up up as you lost it by just running your farm? I love working out but since my car accident as time went on it’s getting hard for me to do that “as I used to” and I am not used to being any kind of overweight but with my pain increases it’s causing weight gain so I am desperately wanting to try this diet and I know I can rock this because I do crazy things and I have a strong will power mind over matter kind of personality so I know I can do this!! love hearing your story and watching your content learning about it once I fully understand the fullness of doing it safely and right I am jumping in head first!!😂 Thanks for sharing, God Bless

I didn't get the water thing either because the video cut off before he explained. He used tap water in the red cup for the 1st example & the water from the 2nd example came from the bottle with a big E on it so I did a search on the name on the bottle. It turned out to be Enagic Kangen water & a further search showed the same experiment where the Kangen water does mix with oil. How this relates to carnivore, I don't know, but it would be interesting if he explained. From the Enagic website: "Kangen Water® is alkaline water produced by Enagic's alkaline ionizer and water filtration machines. For more than 40 years, Kangen Water® has been used in Japan to help restore the body to its original, alkaline state. These machines can transform your ordinary tap water into healthy, fresh tasting alkaline drinking water."

Great simple videos buddy and congratulations on the transformation. I would like to share that I bought an electric meat grinder and my ground beef is always from 1 piece from the primal cuts...chuckroll and brisket..and my favorite is getting the 7 bone rib roast, cutting off the ribs and slow cooking them and cutting up 12 to 14 massive ribeyes. I am no longer buy pre made ground beef from 10 different cows LOL! I love the simplicity and will share with in laws as some other channels are complicated. Thanks

Hi... how did you cope with the cravings for carbs in the beginning of the transition. I have a hard time with the withdrawals from fruit. Greetings from Italy 🍀

You have to increase your fats. The more fat you eat the less cravings you have. After a few weeks your cravings will completely disappear. Good Luck.

@@EEEBA1 Thank you for responding. Yes, I've been told to increase the fat intake to overcome the carbohydrate cravings in the beginning (my cravings are for fruit, not for refined sugar, flour products)... but when I do eat more fats I start to get liver-gallbladder issues, referred pain from liver-gallbladder through phrenic nerve radiating to upper-right back shoulder-neck area, very debilitating long-lasting pain. Therefore, I can't increase the fat intake as much as I would like to. It's a bit tricky for those like me whom just can't handle larger amounts of fat. But I'll keep trying and hopefully find my sweet spot protein-fat ratio wise. The cravings for fruit and salads are a burden for carnivore diet beginners🍀

Hey I did that yogurt meal that you talked about a few days ago. I think you should get that mio liquid that you put in water like fruit punch from them it is a hundred times better than what that guy recommended and that you used and I used the first time I did it. I wouldn't even eat it the second time with that packaged fruit punch. Get the one I recommended and I guarantee you'll like it way more

Allow me to ask a couple of question about the Carnivore diet.Sorry fo i alredy posted before but i dont know what to do : I am now over 135 days into a Strick Carnivore diet (I only eat meat and eggs. Nothing else bu 400-500 g of COCKED meat plus 7-8 eggs in a day. All Divided in 2 meals) I am now 35 years old, 181cms tall, 180lbs(+-81,5kg) at +-22%BF. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week.(lift weigths to help sustain or increase muscle mass and assist fat loss). I started the Carnivore diet to improve my body composition. I was a HEALHTY guy with NO chronic illnesses or health problems. I lost about 17 lbs in the first 6 weeks (Mostly water) but since then I haven't been able to change my body composition. I have now gone more than 6 weeks without registering any body changes (weight loss, decrease in BF% or measurements). In fact i have gained 2,5 lbs in the last 3 weeks but might be just water. I still need to lose at least another 15lbs of fat to reach my goal of being below 15%BF. However, I don't see how the Carnivora Diet will facilitate this process. I have not experienced most of the benefits common to Carnivores (Improved sleep, more energy/disposition, etc.) nor can I change my body composition. So I would like to ask more experienced Carnivores: 1- How long should I extend my experience with the Carnviroa diet to be able to lose the excess bodyfat I still have?(at least 15lbs of fat) 2- What is the minimum time you should maintain a Carnivora diet when it is not working for you? 3-Is the Carnivore diet effective for those who are aldreay healthy and just need to improve body composition? I am affraid this way of eating is too restrictive, for a healthy person, with no aditional benefit from any other whole food diet. PS: Most of my time as a CArnivre i have not experience most Carnivore benefits or lost any body fat Thank you for your attention!

Maybe you should introduce a 24h or 48h fast into your carnivore diet plan. Try eating one meal a day (OMAD) or eating once every other day and boost your weight loss and get over the plateau.

2lbs of 75/25 beef is more like 2650 calories. Plus the cheese. You said want to gain muscle weight. From that beef you getting 143g of protein, thats good, but if i were you, i would bump it up to 175-200g of protein. 80/20 would be ~2300 calories, 156g protein. 100gr of cheese has like 25-30g of protein. parmesan has the most, 35g of protein.

Eat when you're hungry. Some people practice intermittent fasting with their carnivore diet and eat at specific times, but you don't have to. The gene advice is eat when you are hungry. Don't eat it you're not. If you are eating enough you won't be hungry very much.
