Ingredients List
1/8 cup of oil
1/2 an onion, chopped
2 wrong peppers (or hot peppers, if preferred), finely chopped
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of green celery, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sweet teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon cassareep
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 cup green onion, chopped
1/8 cup parsley, chopped
Start by chopping half an onion, two wrong peppers, and 5 cloves of garlic. Make sure the garlic is finely minced. Then, chop 1/4 cup of green celery, 1/8 cup of green onion, and 1/8 cup of parsley. Set everything aside."
Now, heat 1/8 cup of oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onion, garlic, and wrong pepper to the pan. Sauté everything until the onions are soft and fragrant."
"Next, add your chicken pieces to the pan. Season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Stir well to coat the chicken with the seasonings."
