Would the amount of bags of cement for foundation and German casting change if you were building a storey building instead of the bungalow?

If it takes 20,000000 to drill a borehole, how much are they charging per meter and how deep is the aquifer? That's too much to be honest. I am curious to know where that place is. Nice video anyways

It’s in Anambra State. In the town in question, they have tried for many years to drill a borehole, but couldn’t. It was only recently with modern technology I guess, that it was possible. There is basically only one borehole in the town and yes, about 20,000,000 naira was spent. Water was found at about 1000ft or 1000m something like that. Can’t remember if it is ft or m

Is it necessary to use BRC Wire mesh after laying ur DPM for a bungalow
@Emmanuel_Ejike
Жыл бұрын
The soil condition and the building use will determine help determine this, but generally for Bungalow not on swampy areas BRC wire mesh might not be required.

is it best to buy blocks or mould why building
@Emmanuel_Ejike
7 ай бұрын
Hi, It depends. You can buy your blocks if you can get quality blocks in your area and don’t want to go through the stress and logistics requirement of moulding blocks. If you are are now set to start your construction and don’t have the time and space to mould your blocks, I think buying a block will be better and faster. Alternatively, if you have the time, space, logistics and can’t find quality blocks nearby, then moulding your blocks might be better. I believe the most important factors to consider when deciding whether to mould or buy are: the option that will give quality blocks, the option with better time savings and the cheaper option.

What’s the thickness of the German floor concrete sir?
@Emmanuel_Ejike
Жыл бұрын
75mm (3''). I won't go less than this for german floor. Note this is for bungalow. For Duplexes, industrial buildings etc...it should be about 150mm (6'') or there about- depending on the structural engineers specification.

I don't understand why you have to give Germany any mention at all.... can't you build without involving your slave master??
