Unfortunately VPN's aren't the saving grace for protecting you. I have one but only to get access to USA. A VPN doesn't actually protect you if you submit information to an unencrypted site or accidentally download malware. In short, a VPN protects you in transit from one site to the next but can't protect you from any actions you take at your destination site.

Hey man, maybe you'll see this and offer a bit of quick advice. (or anyone who reads this) I recently came to Thailand for solo travel when the quarantine was reduced to 7 days for vaccinated tourist. Well, looks like bad timing on my part. lol Im currently in Bangkok and everything looks to be completely shut down for at least the next 2 weeks. Im here for 30 more days. Do you have any suggestion on what you would do with a month in Thailand during this outbreak? Your motor bike tours and island adventures inspired me to do just that. Would a bike tour from chiang mai be good at this time? Should i just get to the islands and just relax? Im trying to make the most out of this trip but feel a little lost with the current situation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Anyways, keep doing what you're doing! your channel is one of a kind my friend... Stay safe and I look forward to all of your adventures to come!

I'm subscribed to a bunch of sailing VLOGS, and they all have patreon accounts. The top two sailing VLOGS make at least $50k per MONTH, just off Patreon. I think they earn every penny they make. They have to lug camera gear everywhere they go and film everything they do, and a couple have quoted about 40 man hours to produce one video. It's more than a full time job, and the content is better than anything I've seen on TV for the last 20 years.

@@randyd9414 Nah, I mean look at the Slingshot channel, lots of 'old time viewers' were very vocally unhappy when Jorge started his sponsorship for some mobile game which is known to be set up to get particularry younger children to pay for ingame items ( it's an actual industry standard, and there are scientific papers written which equalize their practices with gambling / intentionally addictive serotonine release based 'one more go' ect ect ), lots of people said they would stop watching the channel ( since Jorge was so vocal that he cared about 'decent buisiness practices' and had spoken out against game studios which branded specifically towards children ( so the hypocrosy was kinda in your face ). In the end, the channel never got any smaller infact it growed even faster since then iirc. Same with say Demolition Ranch / Off the Ranch, and their Simply Safe adds. They delete my comment each time I make it, linking to how the Lockpicking Lawyer and a 3$ device from Amazon made that whole 'security system' useless...... And in his talk he specifically mentions: use this to keep your family safe... I mean, f off I understand you're sponsored but why the fuck advice people something which isn't safe at all and even more so why do you value your sponsorship money higher as your viewers safety by such an amount that you have to delete comments which point out bad things about your video sponsor? That's just frigging sad imho, yet I still watch the video's. I just ffw the sponsorship talks. People always talk like they 'support the small guy' and that they will 'walk when they sell out' but on average this doesn't happen in reality. Even if people walk, other people will join just because 'hey it has big numbers so it people like it so I'll like it as well' ...

The Indonesian government doesn't allow importing used vehicles therefore the number of old enthusiast cars available is very limited (if it's a popular tuner car it probably sells for 1 billion rupiah maybe more). This didn't stop a few people to find loopholes such as importing an evo half cut then mating it with a regular lancer. The motorcycle scene here is also big (pretty much like Thailand). Hi CB. I just got back from a 3 month stay in Bangkok, Udon Thani and Pattaya. I checked your videos to see what to do but you know how everything closed after I was there for one month. About this video: Thank you for a great one. I hardly listen to "just talk videos" but it was very interesting how you started it and kept me watching. This one also made me modify my impression of you as a person; I used to just watch your videos without judging you, just your videos were interesting to me 90% of the times, a little amount not too much. After this video I acquired a different respect for you and your work, I am a Biology and Chemistry College Professor and an integral part of that is grading....You get an A for your Professional work. As one of the courses I teach is Human Anatomy and Physiology, I knew that after that fall, ...when I saw the way the blood "appeared" our of your skin...I knew you were going to have a "little problem" with your foot. I just hoped you would not get an infection, it can be very damaging for you. Use ice as long as there is pain and if no pain use heat do "undo the damaged tissue" Take care now and thank you for your work.

@@christopherdosin292 of course, tourism accounted for 15% of the GDP, before the pandemic struck. The reason for the 9 months is the 2 (soon to be 1) week quarantine, coupled with A LOT of people simply wanting to be here, as Thailand is one of the few countries who still got the situation under control and life, as shown on this channel, is still kinda normal.

Thank you for this Video, I watch you not just for the cars, bikes, boats and girls(but it's a plus). I enjoy seeing the country and hearing about what is going on with every adventure you have. As I have said before your style of video draws me in because you talk, you explain and tell us what is going on and why unlike so many that just point the camera and walk. Those are nice to see, buy get VERY boring quickly. Again thank you for your hard work and you are worth every penny of your advertising dollar

Chad, thanks for entertaining me, my friends and my lad. My favourite content you produce is... all of it. I started watching because ...I'm a car guy. But then I get totally glued to everything, especially the non-car related travel vlogs which are full of cars! Will be buying a CB Media tshirt when I get paid next week. Love it all bud, thanks again. Lee 🇬🇧

Excellent (sage) advice to all interested in living in Thailand. Partying is one thing that ruin an individual financially if not careful. Your posts are spot on, “all the time”! More people should listen to your shares. Thanks again for your shares. Respectfully
