三叶草面包:
非常松软香甜的一款小面包,做法很简单,好吃到想哭。但缺点是面团比较软很粘手,所以需要借助厨师机来和面,或者参考我的的蒜蓉面包里面的叠面免揉的方法。食谱可以做12个muffin 大小的面包,早餐午餐晚餐都适合!
Ingredients 配方:
All purpose Flour 中筋面粉: 3 cups (400g)
Egg 鸡蛋:2 eggs (70g + 40g egg wash)
Condensed Milk 炼乳 3tbsp(60g)炼乳
Sugar 白糖:4tbsp (50g)
Milk 牛奶:1 cup (250g)
Salt 盐: 1/2tsp (3g)
Unsalted Butter 无盐黄油:2tbsp (28g)
Instant Yeast 速效酵母:1tsp (3g)
Preheat oven to 325 F /162C bake for 18-22 minutes.
