My Husband told me about cruising Central Ave in Phoenix he said it was the best times ever. It was so much like the movie Dazed and Confused everyone on Central Ave marked their territory From Bobs big Boy to McDonald's to Der Weinersnithchel. He said anything South of McDowell road was low rider territory thanks for the video it put a smile on his face.

I attended CC street nats Sacto 1980 through 1986. I have probably a thousand pics. Took my '66 Nova 1984 and 1985. Rick Timosi's Vega was ahead of its time.

At 1:07 there is a redish 66 Nova with a girl standing at the rear of the car. Is there any way to purchase this photo from you. It's my wife and it's a great picture of her. I screen shot it but I would sure like to have the original photo. Thanks.👍

Went to all the street machine nats in the midwest during the 80s. One difference i noticed between the west and midwest is you guys out there took pictures of men's butts hanging out of a vehicles window while we took photos of topless chicks.

Long live Muscle Cars! Long live the 60's & 70's! Those 2 decades were America at it's peak of perfection. The constitution actually meant every word. Law enforcement didn't bother families unless they were invited in. The neighborhoods were one big familiy, we had friends that were like our homes were their homes. We didn't lock our doors at night. We grew up by being alowed to experience life & make mistakes. We had fun without hurting anyone, unless it was out of love and caring, not abuse. The Men were kings of their castle, the mothers took care of the home & kids because they wanted too. "Do you chours, if you didn't it was wait until your father gets home" Was a favorite threat of moms.😄 Today kids are given to many rights. That was life in Eastern L.I. N.Y. back then. Keep your electric cars.
